About Syracuse Home Care
Syracuse Home Care was founded in response to issues faced by members of Robinson Memorial Presbyterian Church, now Robinson Elmwood United Church, as they aged and the difficulty their families had in meeting their needs.
Robinson Elmwood, in Westvale, is a congregation specializing in older adult programming and services. Through Robinson Older Adult Ministry, the church offers programs to all area seniors that enrich their lives socially, mentally and physically.
Syracuse Home Care has experience serving as support staff for seniors, new parents, busy professionals, families and family caregivers.
Our staff has experience with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, Parkinson’s disease and other issues limiting the mobility and communication abilities that affect the aging.
We treat each client on an individual basis and engage them in the activities we feel they can manage without difficulty and to which they are accustomed. Most senior citizens want to maintain their independence, and we strive to help them do that.
The Syracuse Home Care team is compassionate, dependable and trustworthy. All staff members are experienced and insured and have successfully passed a background check.
Our caregivers are permitted to provide transportation, in our vehicles or yours. We can take you to the park or zoo, shopping or local sightseeing, almost anywhere you wish to go.
